3.Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the unique, vintage, antique, salvaged, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory:

• We do not accept returns.
• We do not offer refunds.
• We do not offer exchanges.
• We do not accept cancellations once a purchase is completed, except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing descriptions, dimensions, photos, pickup details, and any stated condition notes before purchasing.

4.Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Any pickup, delivery, or shipping options offered through the Site are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

If local pickup is offered:

• You are responsible for picking up items within the time period we provide.
• You must bring appropriate help, tools, tie-downs, blankets, and vehicle space for large or fragile items.
• Risk of loss and responsibility for the item pass to you upon pickup or transfer to a carrier/delivery provider, unless otherwise required by law.

If shipping is offered for select items, shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5.Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

A flat $1.99 handling fee is applied to every online order, once per order, in addition to any applicable shipping charges and sales tax. The handling fee is disclosed as a separate line item on your order summary before payment and is non-refundable.

We may use third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers unless explicitly stated. Your payment transaction may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the third-party payment provider.

6.Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or decline any order or inquiry for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or inability to fulfill the request.

A confirmation email or inquiry acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
